We receive deliveries weekly from Palms Artisan Bakery, Ancient Grains Bakery, Naturis, Venerdi and Gluten Freedom so we always have fresh bread available in store. We have sourdough, gluten free, paleo, grain free and low carb plus pizza bases, wraps and bread rolls.

Come in and make your own peanut butter! Bring in your own jar and you can start grinding our Australian produced peanuts and almonds. We’re also more than happy to grind it and package it for you if you prefer.

We’ve got Gut Instinct kombucha available on tap − expertly brewed locally by Tom based in Woolgoolga, using all-natural fruits with no preservatives and flavours. Purchase either a 1L or 2L bottle, and only pay for refills when you bring back your empty bottle!
