We carry a full range of certified organic fruit & vegetables, organic beef, chicken and lamb as well as over 200 bulk food lines in our scoop section. Our everyday grocery range rivals the best independent grocery stores, with healthier options on your daily staples. We can offer personalised health advice on our extensive range of high quality vitamins, supplements and sport supplements. We have the biggest display of essential oils and oil diffusers and our skin care, makeup and hair care options are always popular. We also stock juicers, dehydrators, water filters and everything you need to make an eco-friendly home. We truly are your one stop health shop. Who we are

Go Vita Taree & Forster are both proudly owned and operated by Steph & Blue Johansson. We started our journey as organic farmers after leaving Sydney in 1999. Our permaculture farm was a perfect home to raise our son Pat. In 2002 we decided to open a wholefood and organic store in Taree. This gave us an outlet to sell our certified organic produce locally and we named our shop Worth Eating Organics. We were definitely a little ahead of the times and we are forever grateful for the support we received. Many of these people are still our friends and customers 20 years later. In 2005 we added health supplements to our offering and joined with the Go Vita group. Then in 2006 we branched out to open our store in Forster. There have been a few relocations into bigger premises along the way, and our businesses have evolved into what they are today. We love what we do and more importantly we believe in what we do. We only employ local staff, who also believe in what we do. This enables us to offer an authentic service that can genuinely enhance the health journey of our valued customers.
